IMEC prospect project workshop

Preparatory survey

To prepare for the workshop, we like to ask you some questions. There are no right or wrong answers to the questions, nor are your answers considered as final statements. All questions and answers are intended to trigger thought and reasoning processes in preparation of the workshop. None of the answers will be considered as your final answer, as the proposal evolves so can your answers.

Your answers will provide us some insight and help us kickstart the workshop.

Specific considerations

• Please answer all questions from the perspective of your organization.
• All answers will be treated confidentially.
• The information shared will only be used in the context of the proposal preparation.
• No individual results will be reported during the workshop.
• Don't forget to press the "submit" button at the end of the survey.
